Complain about the Subway.
Over 5.5 million people ride the New York City subway on a weekday. They're crowded, slow and at times just disgusting. I wanted to create an opportunity for riders to air their frustrations as well as crowdsource updates on delays and other service issues.
Riders take to any and every social platform to scream into the ether, only to have their grievances lost in the noise.
The workflow for complaining was created to strike a balance between being easy, with added friction to reduce flippant entries.
